ABSTRACT. “Soft eroticism” refers to the content that does not directly present sexual related pictures, but is full of provocative and seductive meanings, giving people “sexual” hints. Contemporary young students are exposed to the Internet world since childhood. On the one hand, they enjoy the convenience brought by the Internet, but on the other hand, they are also poisoned by “soft pornography” in the Internet. To this end, we should make young students understand that browsing “soft porn” information will not only lead to crime and loss of perception of love, but also lead them to consciously resist “soft porn” from the ideological level and stay away from spiritual decadence. Only by improving the relevant laws and regulations, establishing the special organization of “soft porn” governance, strengthening the network moral construction and guiding young students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, can we effectively prevent the spread of “soft porn” and eliminate the bad influence of “soft porn”
1. Introduction
Before the advent of the Internet, “soft porn” information only had vulgar characters, pictures, videos and other types. With the tide of globalization, network and information technology coming, soft porn is growing on the Internet at this stage, which not only exists in some short videos, web pop ups, but also in many cartoons and learning apps. These “soft eroticism” on the Internet, just like the tide, completely encircles our young students. In January this year, the national network information office launched a nationwide network ecological governance special action, and continued to rectify various outstanding problems of network ecology. As of June 12, more than 110 million pieces of harmful information such as obscene pornography and gambling fraud have been cleared up.”110 million pieces” is a shocking data. If young students are affected by bad information on the Internet for a long time, it will gradually erode their pure mind, and induce the crime of imitating and contacting more serious “pornography” in reality. In the long run, they will suffer for life.
2. “Soft porn” in the past and the present
“Soft eroticism” didn’t appear in China for a long time. It came into China together with the “second dimension” culture of Japan from the very beginning. With the appearance of Japanese games, anime and other carriers, such as “uniform, Lori, rabbit girl”, these symbols are marked with the distinctive “second dimension” culture of Japan. For young students Fresh curiosity is gradually accepted, loved and influenced by them. However, from the very beginning, the Japanese “dual” culture implied “soft eroticism, in which there were many inappropriate and unsightly pictures, which spread like viruses. In the Internet age, “second dimension” culture has been widely spread, including more and more animation, games and video works containing “soft porn” content. For young students, they have no discrimination, no resistance, and even full of curiosity and longing for “sex”. In the long run, they will subconsciously follow the trend of learning and imitation, and pursue and indulge in those “high stimulation” and “low threshold” bad content.
At present, the definition of “soft pornography” in China is not clear enough from the perspective of law, and there is a certain flexibility of interpretation. “Obscenity” is defined in the criminal law as follows: “obscene books, films, video tapes, audio tapes, pictures and other obscene articles that specifically describe sexual behaviors or openly publicize pornography… Artistic works are not regarded as obscene articles.” In the Internet age, there is a lot of explanatory flexibility to identify what is “concrete description” and what is called “art works”. It is the objective existence of these flexibility that leads to the “soft pornography” not only “online” but also “offline”.
At present, the most serious problem is that in order to pursue commercial interests, enterprises use vulgar means to attract people’s attention, and seriously lack of social responsibility, which leads to the unlimited expansion of “soft porn” from the chain state to the ring state. “Dirty” material silent “soft pornography” has penetrated into every corner of life, can not refuse, can not refuse. The unscrupulous enterprises regard “soft porn” as marketing and vulgar as fun. What kind of value will the ignorant young students feel when they see such advertising content? If we let these “soft porn” marketing continue to grow savagely, it will destroy our next generation!
3. The horror of “soft porn”

Loss of ability to perceive love. “Soft porn” content is often to stimulate the eye, and even to transmit extremely distorted “gender” values. At the beginning of young students’ exposure to “high stimulation” content, they will constantly impact the sensory organs, bringing about a wave of physical satisfaction. If they are used to this kind of relaxed and happy after the event, they will not want to do those high input things, such as focusing on completing tasks and thinking about problems. Young students can’t extricate themselves from “soft porn” for a long time. They will gradually feel happy, relaxed, happy and moved. They can’t lift their spirits to do anything, causing spiritual decadence, and they increasingly like being alone and increasing hostility to their family and friends. 4. Start from many aspects to control “soft pornography” and create a clean and fresh network environment
At present, the relevant laws and regulations mainly include the criminal law, the decision on the maintenance of Internet security, the law on the protection of minors, the administrative measures for Internet information services. Although it is clear to crack down on “obscenity” criminally, the standard of “soft eroticism” is not clear at present. That is to say, in terms of current laws and regulations, only those behaviors that really disturb the social order and violate the law will be interfered, while those “dirty” and “soft eroticism” exposed in the vision of young students are still in the “gray area”, resulting in insufficient efforts to combat.
- First of all, in the process of national legislation, we need to further improve the relevant laws and regulations, not to allow “soft pornography” to swim on the edge of the law, and to let “soft pornography” fall into the legal net. The author suggests that we should add a clause to the “soft pornography” information in the criminal law, and give a clear legal definition to it. We should make a special law to protect young students, make clear the content of the crimes against young students, and make corresponding punishment measures, so as to force enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and ensure the healthy growth of young students.
- Secondly, the establishment of “soft porn” governance of specialized institutions and guide enterprises to assume social responsibility. The specialized organization of “soft porn” governance is to analyze big data of various harmful websites, live broadcast platforms, short video platforms, etc., and technically solve technical problems in the illegal and criminal activities of “soft porn” on the Internet. On this basis, sort out and preliminarily confirm the illegal and criminal acts, and provide effective evidence to law enforcement departments. Guide enterprises to take social responsibility. In the past, enterprises have been pursuing commercial interests. In order to benefit from the “soft porn” as a selling point to attract the click through rate, it led to the spread of Internet porn and greatly polluted the social atmosphere. To deal with this phenomenon, law enforcement departments should first “hard governance” and crack down on illegal enterprises. Second, for those enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to social responsibility, the government should reward them, inspire them to repay the sense of responsibility and mission of the society, and then the whole society should unite to build up the umbrella and firewall for young students, so as to protect our “powerful generation”.
- Finally, strengthen the network moral construction and guide young students to cultivate and practice socialist core values. From the perspective of ethics, these problems present moral crisis. Strengthen the construction of network morality. First, the relevant departments should strengthen the research and publicity of network morality, improve the young students’ understanding of “network morality”, and bring “network morality” into the scope of civil morality construction. Second, we need to further play the guiding role of traditional news media. The traditional news media of our country has a set of standard management system. With the help of its own advantages, we should let the positive information occupy the position and restrain the influence of the negative information to the greatest extent. Third, we should guide young students to cultivate and practice core values. The socialist core values can not only nourish the young students’ mind, but also help them to establish lofty ideals and beliefs, stimulate the young students’ motivation of being young, lively and progressive, satisfy and enrich their spiritual life, and help them grow up and become talents. In a word, only by improving their own ideology can young students fundamentally eliminate the negative impact of “soft pornography” on their life and study.
